Today began with Ducks Deluxe - Taxi To The Terminal Zone, then peaked early with Brenda Fassie's Myekeleni (the best album ever made anywhere ever). After I'd done some messing around trying to rescue some old bits of my own repertoire as well as adding some new stuff, bopped around a bit to Riot City Blues, and wound up the day with Daara J - Boomerang.

she ain't cool among the hip indie gunslingers but the new Lily Allen album is fcuking brilliant-some of the lyrics would make her ol'uncle Joe very proud-all dressed up in a neat pop style to get through to her audience.
slag me if you want I don't care.
