Nikki Sudden Tribute Gigs There will be a tribute night to Nikki Sudden at the Dirty Water Club at the Boston Arms, Tufnel Park, London, this Friday, 21st July. Lots of famous faces will be appearing, but the highlight for Jowe / Swell Maps fans will be a set of around ten Swell Maps songs played by Jowe Head, Lee McFadden (Angel Racing Food), Max Decharne (Flaming Stars) and former Swell Map Richard 'Biggles' Earl. Dirty Water Club: www.dirtywaterclub.co.uk On Thursday 31st August there'll be a similar show at the Roter Salon in Berlin, for Nikki's friends and fans in Germany. Duo Gig Announced Jowe Head and Lee McFadden will appearing at an all-nighter at The Cricketers, Northwold Road, Newington Common, N16 (that's London) on Saturday 17 December. It's all duos playing and the whole night will go under the banner of 'Stokeystock'. It's not known whether the event has an entry charge, but the duo hope to be on sometime between 8 and 10, and play approx 4 or 5 songs. |
